Refund policy

You can request a refund and return within 14 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund:

 

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging, with the original tag still attached to the product as it was delivered to you.

Several types of products are exempt from return:

  • Swimwear
  • Accessories
  • Soirée

To complete the return process, we require a receipt (screenshot from email) or proof of purchase.

According to the shipping company's terms, if you request a return during the inspection process in the presence of the shipping representative, you can return the entire shipment with paying partitial shipping fees or accept it completely and pay the full amount of the purchase order, then make a return request later if you need to do.

The customer can request a return or exchange through the website, or customer service on social media, or through email. The refund will be made after the shipping representative returns the parcel to our premises, and shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

In the event that the shipping fess is deducted upon purchase according to any of the offers presented, the customer will bear the cost of shipping if the conditions of the offer are no longer met due to returns.

  • The refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method or will be transferred to e-wallet or instapay account in case the original payment was in cash.
  • During the delivery at your doorstep, If the product is damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a full refund or a replacement.
